Nor would I distribute through any of these companies, for the same reason: 
I created the black list, the rat list, whatever you want to call it, with help from other dedicated enthusiasts and vendors who also loathe AMS. Attention new members, you cannot believe anything Jschrauwen says about AMS. An easy, free service I decided to do for the Z32 community is to provide developers with a list of people and distributors who are possibly shady. I’ll redo this list for a ranking system, so that known or definite offenders will be separated from possible perps. The possibles are people who have posted on here or elsewhere in a manner which leads me to believe they would turn heel for the right buyout. Aside from MungyZ, Vuk, Honzrr, Anskire, Kosovo and Jschrauen who are obvious pawns, the rest are only suspect and not guilty of anything, who have shown AMS support in the past, but I can't verify they actually buy and ship parts for duplication. Look, I get that not everyone can afford the best of everything. I’m not going to deny that. There needs to be low cost parts options available. For the record:
- I have no problem with AMS providing low cost parts
- I have no problem with AMS using China as a manufacturing country
- The problem I have with AMS is their total lack of respect and ethics towards the Z32 community. They’ll blatantly copy a product, be it BDE’s mounts, the 300 Degree fuel rails, various HiCAS eliminators, or the MSP manifolds, and claim it’s their own version. If they actually brought new product to the market rather than being a Chinese Xerox house, I’d have no problem with them whatsoever. Really. It’s the slimy business man replies that Vuk provides that really grate me though. Same with John denying he has anything to do with the copies. Same thing with Kosovo calling me a redneck and swearing like a sailor when I try to have a rational conversation with him. Same thing with Vuk claiming to be Robin Hood and providing a great service to the community when he’s raking in 88% profit on the manifolds they did ZERO research on. Think about that. If he was such a philanthropist, wouldn’t he be selling them for $150 a pair? I didn’t do any spying or hacking to get the info on the list. It’s all easily available in profiles and classified ads placed on 3ZC and other sites. So anyone complaining about privacy better do their homework. The list of Vendors came directly from AMS’ website, and they’re only noted as being suspect. The only one of all of all of them who is absolutely guilty is Z1, as they allowed AMS to sell the BDE motor mounts when BDE did not authorize AMS as a distributor. Whether Z1 knew that AMS would knock the mounts off or not is unknown, but they should have known better. How did AMS get the Specialty Z downpipes to copy? Who knows, but CZP does sell Alloy Toyz downpipes, and has been caught shipping AT pipes when customers ordered SZ units. The only reason this list went public at all was because many innovators are amongst the regular posters on various forums. Otherwise I would have only emailed it to developers. These actions won’t stop the money-hungry whore that is AMS, but I can only hope it will slow them down. I’ve said it before, I’ll say it again. If the copying doesn’t stop, the innovation will, and then our aftermarket will die. Then AMS will move on, like the cancer they are, to the next market and repeat. They have no vested interest in the Z32 community, trust me when I say this. John, you are a slimy ignorant human being. To accuse me of hate mongering and schoolyard bully tactics when you are obviously the most notorious AMS shill is pathetic and makes you look stupid. Yes, I started the Facebook group, because new owners need to know about the evil that is AMS, and not everyone is on a forum. As for my post being VTDed in General on Twinturbo.net, I know many Z1 and AMS cronies were involved there, your name amongst those who clicked the Vote To Delete button. I would to, if I was outed as the biggest rat in the Z32 community. Perhaps the fact that it was Voted to FAQ with only 58 views, in less than an hour after I posted it, speaks volumes about how many people actually wanted this information to stay public. It is helpful, and I hope you never see another new product from any innovator ever again.
